Figures - 8 fully detailed figures in vivid poses in 1/72 scale - Head, facial expressions and clothing details carefully sculpted - Weapons including Kar98k, G43, MP40, MP44 and MG42 all reproduced with exquisite detail in 1/72 scale - Standard equipment including water bottles, canteens and pistol pouches realistically reproduced Tank - Turret made from two-directional slide molds is finely detailed - Upper and lower hulls made from two-directional slide molds - Slide-molded muzzle brake gives sharp detail - Realistically detailed injection-molded tow cable - DS tracks for ease of assembly - Cartograf new decals About This Release, This new 1/72 scale set features a Kingtiger with Henschel turret that is made to exacting standards. However, what will be of interest to small-scale modelers is the brand new 1/72 scale figures of German paratroopers. There are eight figures mimicking those previously released in 1/35 scale, allowing modelers to reproduce the famous scene of soldiers riding into battle atop a Kingtiger in the Battle of the Bulge. These newly tooled figures are quite simply the best ever to be released on the market. They feature well-engineered part separation, and they fit together with consummate ease. Figure modelers have been waiting years, some even for decades, for figures of this degree of detail and sophistication! Likewise, their weapons and personal equipment are astoundingly accurate and well detailed. Poses are natural and anatomically correct. There are no concerns over undercut detail being missed as always happens with 1/72 soft-plastic figures. And thanks to Dragon’s tooling technology, there are no issues about unsightly flash. Neither do modelers need to fret about what glue to use or whether the paint will flake, for these figures are made with Dragon’s hard-plastic formula. All in all, it’s safe to say these 3rd FJ Division figures mark a whole new era in 1/72 scale plastic figures. As for the inclusion of a Kingtiger kit in the box? Well, that’s just a bonus! The latest 1/72 plastic model is the Panzer III Ausf.M. This tank version succeeded the Ausf.L, and it shared the same 5cm KwK39 L/60 main gun. Among its modifications was a deep-wading muffler with a series of associated hatch seals that allowed fording of water obstacles up to a depth of 1.3m. This performance represented a significant fording improvement over earlier Panzer IIIs. The hull-mounted smoke generators were also replaced with three 90mm NbK dischargers mounted either side of the turret. A total of 250 new Ausf.M tanks were produced from October 1942 to February 1943. Inside the box bearing the Dragon logo lie all the necessary ingredients to create a spectacular Panzer III M with its deep-wading exhaust system. Benefiting from the precision achieved with the larger 1/35 scale version of the Panzer III M, the kit’s extremely well engineered and the parts separation is cleverly handled by the engineering team. In addition to the obviously new exhaust and muffler system, there are DS tracks and a set of photo-etched parts. Cartograf has produced an excellent set of slide decals with different tactical markings so that modelers can select an appropriate unit. This stunning 1/72 plastic kit offers a perfect balance of accuracy and ease of assembly - the perfect project for modelers to wade into! Per saperne di più

Features - Photo-etched armor plates newly produced - Authentic Armored 4x4 Truck produced - Detailed dashboard and driver's compartment - Texture on driver's seat is well represented - Intricate engine grille reproduced - Realistic bazooka reproduced - Either .30-cal or .50-cal machine guns included as options - Slide-molded chassis - Fine details on the steering system and transmission - Delicate wheels w/authentic tread pattern - Intricate Jerry Can included Robust and simple to manufacture, the American-built 1/4-Ton Truck was perhaps the most iconic Allied vehicle of WWII. The two wartime manufacturers of the small utility vehicle, Ford and Willys-Overland, produced a staggering total of 640,000 vehicles. This figure amounted to nearly 20% of all wheeled military vehicles built in the USA during the war. They were used in a multitude of functions by the US military, plus around 30% of all production was allocated to British and Soviet units via Lend Lease. Dragon is offering a novel version of this famous 1/4-Ton 4x4 Truck in 1/72 scale. Entitled “1/4-Ton 4x4 Armored Truck”, the plastic kit includes two complete vehicles that can be assembled to represent vehicles with armored plates added to the radiator grill and driver’s compartment to give greater protection against German small arms. These armor shields give the 1/4-Ton Truck a completely new appearance, with this vehicle type being commonly employed in the reconnaissance role. Despite being small in 1/72 scale, the models are highly detailed and Dragon’s well-known engineering excellence guarantees a satisfying build. Furthermore, the vehicles can be fitted with different weapons. Multiple armaments such as twin-mounted bazookas, a .50-cal machine gun or a .30-cal machine gun are available, and they can be mounted at the modeler’s discretion. Two identical bazooka-armed vehicles, or one bazooka and one MG truck, can be built straight from the box. This 1+1 combination kit indeed packs a big punch! Per saperne di più

Kfz.222 Leichte Panzerspa"hwagen delicately produced - Finely molded hull w/detail - Full fighting compartment w/detail - Realistic 2cm KwK 30 L/55 autocannon and MG 34 included - Photo-etched turret can be assembled open/closed - Sharply reproduced on-vehicle tools - Features finely rendered taillights - Realistic-looking headlamps included - Intricate engine cooling grill included - Finely molded jerry can and cargo included - Chassis presented in full details - Delicate wheels w/authentic tread pattern - Well-shaped driver's seat To support its mobile concept of modern warfare, Germany introduced a wide range of tracked and wheeled armored vehicles. One wheeled family of vehicles introduced in 1936 included 4x4 armored cars known as the Leichter Panzerspa"hwagen, which translates as “Light Armoured Reconnaissance Vehicle.” Powered by a Horch engine, these vehicles were based on a Horch 801 heavy car chassis to which an armored body was added. Early in WWII it performed well enough as a reconnaissance vehicle for panzer divisions, although its off-road capability let it down. The base model was the Sd.Kfz.221, but Dragon is introducing a model of the derivative known as the Sd.Kfz.222. The latter vehicle is armed with a 2cm KwK.30 L/55 cannon and MG34 machine gun in an open-top turret. Three men operated the Sd.Kfz.222. Interestingly, as well as being operated by China, a dozen Sd.Kfz.222 armored cars were also sold to China. At the last Tokyo Hobby Show, Dragon announced a whole new series of 1/72 scale kits. The first of these is the famous little Sd.Kfz.222. As a special introductory offer, Dragon is including two complete Sd.Kfz.222 models in the box. The two vehicles are supplied with different markings. These kits make use of Dragon’s highest engineering expertise, meaning the armored car is well designed and easily assembled. The mesh that covers the turret is supplied as a photo-etched part so that it remains true to scale. This little reconnaissance vehicle is the perfect vehicle to lead off Dragon’s newly tooled collection of 1/72 vehicle kits! Per saperne di più

The "Ka Mi" was the first amphibious tank used by the Imperial Japanese Navy (IJN). It was designed for Japanese landing forces performing amphibious invasions of Pacific islands not possessing regular port facilities. Production of the Type 2 commenced in 1942 and a total of 184 amphibious tanks were made. When used in water, large pontoons were attached to the glacis plate and rear deck to give it a top speed of 10km/h in water. These pontoons could be shed as soon as the vehicle reached land. Based on the Type 2 "Ka-Mi" released, brand new parts consists of the special set of floating pontoons (early production), conning tower and hydroscope on turret. Slide molds are widely employed, with upper hull and lower hull components both made as single pieces, for example. The kit is closely based on measurements taken from a surviving Type 2 tank on Palau to ensure this kit is accurately dimensioned. The "Ka-Mi" also includes DS tracks for easy assembly of the complicated track links. The previous Type 2 kit was a huge success, and this version with the amphibious kit offers so much more by allowing modelers to depict it in a scenario where the tank is seen wading ashore. All in all, this is a swimmingly good kit! Per saperne di più
  7. NbFz Neubau-Fahrzeug Nr.2

Known as the Neubau-Fahrzeug (“New Construction Vehicle”), it was not a success. Slow-moving and boasting multiple turrets, it was ill equipped for the type of rapid, mobile warfare that Blitzkrieg tactics required. For this reason, only five Neubau-Fahrzeug heavy tanks were built. The first two prototypes were manufactured by Rheinmetall-Borsig (Rh-B) in 1934 out of mild steel. Armament included a 7.5cm KwK L/24 main gun, 3.7cm KwK L/45 cannon and two 7.92mm machine guns. Dragon has already produced two 1/72 scale kits of the Neubau-Fahrzeug that cover vehicle numbers 1 and 3-5. Now comes the final vehicle – Nr.2, a prototype that was used in a training school until its retirement in 1940. The kit includes a number of brand new parts that allow modelers to build this specific vehicle. While the turret looks similar to Nr.3, in fact it’s different, as evidenced by details such as the pattern of rivets on the top plate. The smaller turret is a new tooling as well, with its own distinctive shape. The exhaust pipes on the right fender are also unique to this prototypical vehicle. The entire upper hull is made from a single piece of while the intricate road wheels are assembled as one piece. With the release of this final kit in the family, modelers can now own the complete set of Neubau-Fahrzeug! Per saperne di più
  8. Flakpanzer 341 mit 2cm Flakvierling
    20,00 €

Features: New 2cm MG 151/20 Flak cannons can be adjusted to different elevations Hollow cannon muzzles Delicate cupola molded on Flakpanzer 341 Detailed design for rear plate and stowage boxes Engine deck w/delicate details Armored side skirts reproduced Slide-molded upper hull w/full detail Intricate road wheels One-piece DS tracks At the start of WWII the Luftwaffe ruled the skies, but this dominance was gradually overturned as the war progressed. This led to a dire need for more antiaircraft vehicles for ground forces, and early efforts at producing a Flakpanzer centered on utilizing the Panzer IV chassis. However, the famous German Panther medium tank was also used as a platform for developmental work, with the Coelian perhaps being the best-known example. In May 1943, a proposed Rheinmetall design showed two pairs of Vierling MG151/20 antiaircraft cannons mounted in a Turm Panther II. This turret was heavily armored and it featured the pairs of cannons offset from each other and mounted at different heights. This Flakpanther 341 mit 2cm Flakvierling design never advanced much further…except in terms of Dragon’s superb new 1/72 scale plastic kit! The kit uses the finely detailed chassis of previous kits, to which are added a brand new turret and flak cannons. Parts fit together accurately, as is to be expected of Dragon’s high engineering standards. Although this particular antiaircraft vehicle never entered production, it makes for a fascinating modeling subject that gives plenty of scope for customization and creativity. For starters, it can be painted in an intriguing camouflage scheme! Per saperne di più
