Dragon is releasing a 1/35 scale figure set depicting this battle. The four soldiers are French infantrymen, making this Dragon’s first WWII French infantry subject! The set depicts four Frenchmen defending their positions on the outskirts of Sedan. They wear typical uniforms of the day, and carry suitable weapons such as the Fusil mitrailleur modèle 1924 M29 (FM 24/29) light machine gun, plus MAS Modèle 36 rifles. One of the officers is even smoking a pipe, giving this figure a nice touch of character. The poses are well designed, and their molding is sharp and realistic. This first-ever French figure set will undoubtedly inspire modelers’ imaginations and open up a plethora of WWII diorama opportunities. Per saperne di più
  3. StuG.III Ausf.C/D w/7.5cm L48

StuG.III Ausf.C/D w/7.5cm L48 Features: - Bonus German Figure Set - Value-added Magic Tracks w/details on both sides Surprisingly, the Sd.Kfz. 142 Sturmgeschu"tz III (StuG III) was the most widely produced armored fighting vehicle that Germany fielded during WWII. Based on the chassis of the famous Panzer III, the StuG III began life as an infantry support weapon, but by the end of the war it had developed into an effective tank destroyer. One of the earlier variants of the StuG III was the Ausf.C, which was identified by an improved superstructure that eliminated a shot trap near the gunner’s view port. A total of 50 StuG III Ausf.C vehicles, each weighing 20.2 tons and featuring a 7.5cm StuK37 L/24 gun, were produced between May and September of 1941. Dragon’s latest Orange Box combo set includes a 1/35 scale StuG III Ausf.C, although the kit has a notable difference in that it mounts a 7.5cm StuK40 L/48 main armament instead of the original L/24 gun. This longer-barreled gun was retrofitted to some earlier chassis in order to provide a more effective tank destroying capability. The 1/35 scale tank has also received something of a makeover with the addition of Magic Tracks to add more detailand convenience. The other item included in this economic set is a team of four Panzergrenadiers. The 1/35 scale figures are dressed in winter uniforms as they would have appeared during combat in Eastern Front in 1944/45. This Orange Box selection thus allows modelers to recreate a late-war winter scene. The vehicle and figures are both finely molded and carefully engineered to give a pleasurable build. With Orange Box’s famous cost-cutting prices, this Super-Value Pack is indeed an attractive combination. Per saperne di più
  4. Advance to Kharkov 1942
    14,00 €

Dragon’s new box of figures represents four German soldiers during this decisive battle of 1942. It shows soldiers preparing to move forward to join the battle in the vicinity of Kharkov, and they wear typical uniform and paraphernalia relating to this period of 1942. Three of the figures wear standard Wehrmacht uniforms, while the fourth member of the party belongs to a Luftwaffe ground unit. They carry a variety of weapons, including a gunner with an MG34. Around his neck is slung a pair of drum magazines for his weapon. Indeed, all their weapons and personal equipment are produced to Gen2 standard. While the figures are linked directly to the Kharkov fighting, they still remain versatile enough to be used in a multitude of other settings as well. Thus, these finely posed figures are readymade for a creative German vignette. Per saperne di più

Features: Panzerfahre Gepanzerte Landwasserschlepper is authentically produced Chain links of front and rear hull Rivets on upper hull are detailed and realistic Spotlights exhibit extreme detail Commander's compartment intricately produced Air intake accurately presented Detailed assembly w/3D-designed engine exhaust mufflers Well-detailed cable drum Crane is intricately presented Idler wheels w/correctly detailed parts Sprocket wheels w/breathtaking detail and multiple delicate parts ; Road wheels and suspension w/accurate details One-piece DS tracks reproduced The Land-Wasser-Schlepper was conceived by Germany as a tracked amphibious tractor in 1936. A small number of this unarmored boat-like vehicle was built and they served on the Eastern Front. However, less well known is the vehicle designed as its successor – the Panzerfahre (abbreviated to "PzF"). The main difference with this vehicle was that it was armored, plus it was conveniently based on the chassis of a Panzer IV Ausf.F tank. Development of the Panzerfahre began in early 1941, and by mid-1942 Magirus had delivered two prototypes. The lightly armored, fully tracked vehicle had a boat-like bow and a propeller at the stern. The vehicle's main function was combat supply on land and in water. It could tow an amphibious trailer, or alternatively it could work in tandem with another Panzerfahre as a floating ferry platform capable of carrying a 24-ton load. However, as heavier tanks appeared on the scene, the Panzerfahre never went into production because of its inadequate payload. Dragon released a 1/35 scale kit of this fascinating vehicle a while back, and now it is being released in the smaller 1/72 scale. It depicts the first Panzerfahre prototype, and it makes clever use of parts from Dragon's Panzer IV models – for example, wheels, suspension and tracks. Meanwhile, all other parts are brand new in line with the unique nature of this vehicle. Details such as hull rivets are delicately rendered, while slide molds are widely used. Modelers will find this kit assembles easily. The finished item is a stunning vehicle, and the scale allows space for modelers to put it in a suitable diorama showing a river or riverbank.
