JU - 87 B2 Stuka model set JU - 87 B2 STUKA - MODEL SET - The JU-87 dive bomber is certainly one of the most famous airplanes of World War II. This characteristic "inverted gullwing" aircraft became famous at the early stages of the war, when Germany had virtual air superiority. Later on the planess limits became obvious. The Stukas were then used as troop support aircraft on the Eastern front, where its robust fuselage proved to be quite adequate. During the final war period the plane was used as a night bomber where the flying qualities of its crews were important in a situation of technical and numeral inferiority. 15,00 €FW-190 A-8 MODEL SET - THIS PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN OVER 8 YEARS OF AGE - - ACRYLIC PAINTS, LIQUID CEMENT AND BRUSH INCLUDED - The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 was one of the best airplanes designed during World War II. With over 20,000 units produced from 1941, together with the Messerschmitt Bf 109, it was the Luftwaffe’s most famous bomber. The Focke-Wulf Fw 190 A-8 was equipped with a BMW 801 D-2 two star radial engine, with 14 1,700 Hp cylinders, which allowed it to reach a maximum speed of 653 Km/h. It was heavily armed with 2 MG 131 machine guns and 4 MG 151 20 mm cannons. Production of the A-8 version began in the first months of 1944, characterised with an injection system able to increase engine power, for brief periods, to over 1,900 Hp. From 1944 until May 1945 in all the Focke-Wulf factories, more than 6,500 190 A-8 models were constructed, to face the ever more frequent allied air raids. Decals for 2 versions. Modello: 20,1 cm SUPER DECAL PER OGNI AEREO DELLA PATTUGLIA ACROBATICA Il Northrop F-5 nacque negli anni sessanta per soddisfare le necessità di molti Paesi appartenenti alla NATO che richiedevano un caccia multiruolo semplice, economico e di facile manutenzione. All’inizio degli anni settanta venne sviluppata la versione migliorata, denominata F-5E Tiger II, che si caratterizzava per l’adozione dei nuovi propulsori General Electric J85 in grado di fornire una spinta decisamente superiore. Rispetto ai primi F-5, il Tiger II ha una fusoliera più allungata, maggiore autonomia operativa ed un’avionica ottimizzata per adempiere al ruolo primario di caccia da difesa aerea. L’armamento di base è costituito da due cannoni da 20 mm., installati nel muso sotto la cabina, e dalla possibilità di utilizzare svariate combinazioni di missili aria-aria. L’F-5E ha avuto un grande successo commerciale. E’ stato inoltre prodotto su licenza in Corea del Sud, Taiwan e Svizzera, dove nel 1995 fu scelto come velivolo dalla pattuglia acrobatica nazionale “Patrouille Suisse”. Per saperne di più
