12,00 €The Mk. V version of the spitfire was introduced with the Royal Air force in 1941 in order to replace the preceding Mk. I, the backbone of the battle of Britain. This model was extensively used on all theatres until the end of the war despite the appearance of more modern aircraft. Its manoeuvrability and sturdiness made it possible to oppose successfully most enemy aircraft. UPGRADED MOULDS The Fiat G -91 was an interesting project, designed in the '50s by the Italian engineer Giuseppe Gabrielli , to develop a light fighter bomber able to perform ground close support and reconnaissance duties. The project was particularly appreciate by several NATO Countries looking for a light, small, low cost, but reliable and maneuverable strike fighter. Further more some pre-production converted machines were used by Italian aerobatic team, the Frecce Tricolori, and knew as G-91 PAN. The G-91, equipped with smoke generators replaced, in 1963, the rather old F-86 Sabre, and equipped the flight line of aerobatic team for almost 20 years. With the characteristic “Frecce Tricolori” blue livery, the G-91 PAN was the protagonist of the most important airshows and events in the ‘60s and ‘70s. Canadair CL-415 SUPER DECALS FOR 5 VERSIONS The Canadair is the most famous firefighting plane of the aviation history. It is based on the flying boat amphibious water bomber concept and it is an extremely effective tool to protect the environment against the fire damages. The Canadair CL-415 is the improved version of the previous CL-215. The most important improvements able to enhance the effectiveness in firefighting duties are : the adoption of two Pratt & Whitney turboprop new engines able to provide 2,380 hp,, the aerodynamic additions to the wings and empennage and the up to date avionic system. Thanks to its sturdy and robust central hull, it is able to load the water storage compartments in only 400 meters long run on water. The continuous improvements has also provide a boost in range that permit to stay on the target for a longer period and to load and drop an higher quantity of water and retardant in order to be more and more effective on firefighting activities. Modello: 38,1 cm SUPER DECAL - ISTRUZIONI A COLORI Il primo novembre del 1956 nasceva la componente aerea del Reparto Sperimentale Volo dell’Aeronautica Militare Italiana. Il reparto, altamente specializzato, venne identificato con il distintivo numerico “311°”. Per celebrare i sessant’ anni di attività è stata sviluppata, per un Tornado IDS del Reparto, una speciale livrea che ha riscosso un grande interesse ed è stata particolarmente apprezzata durante la manifestazione commemorativa dell’ ottobre 2016. Il 311mo Gruppo Volo costituisce oggi uno dei centri sperimentali aeronautici tecnologicamente più avanzati ed è formato da personale altamente preparato e qualificato. Il Tornado IDS, nato da un programma di collaborazione tra Italia, Gran Bretagna e Germania per lo sviluppo di un aereo d’attacco durante gli anni ’70, è stato prodotto in quasi 1.000 esemplari dimostrando le sue straordinarie capacità operative ed aeronautiche.
